Issues surrounding the lateness of your flight are outside of the control of ASP and have no baring on our fee structure.

ii. ASP Limited has its own Insurance policy to cover all vehicles in its possession. This insurance also covers driving your vehicle on the public highway should we have to meet and greet you at the airport or carry out repairs on your behalf.

Should the client not want this service (for whatever reason) then they should inform the A.S.P. before departure on outbound journeys.

ii. You must ensure before leaving the vehicle with ASP that it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and has a current MOT certificate (if applicable). ASP reserves the right to refuse a car entry to the compound it feels fails to meet these conditions as it could lead to ASP becoming liable under the Road Traffic Acts.
